DELIVERY :
The amount of the deliveries is made by weight brackets according to the destination (*the price of the expedition will be displayed as the basket is filled according to the weight). Orienticperfumes.com has chosen DHL and occasionally other different transport providers for its shipments. The shipping time for packages until final delivery is on average between 7 and 15 days. The delivery is sent to the address you have indicated in your customer account or to the nearest Pick-up Point (*Please note that any package not collected at the pick-up point within the "on average 10 days" time frame, this varies depending on different carriers) then Orienticperfumes.com will send you the package again but at the customer's expense since he had not collected his package on time. However, if the customer would like a refund at that time, then he will only be granted the products because the shipping costs will have already been paid and collected by the carrier. The order will be processed only upon receipt of payment from this one.
All events beyond the control of Orienticperfumes.com such as bad weather, strikes, transport breakdowns etc... which would tend to delay delivery, then Orienticperfumes.com will warn its customers by inviting them to wait until the resolution of the involuntary problems on the part of Orienticperfumes.com then if for some customers the problems could not be solved then Orienticperfumes.com will do what is necessary to support and satisfy its customers until the problem is solved.
RETURNS:
No exchange will be made except for non-conformity or product defects. Complaints must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of order. The customer must return the product(s) concerned at Orienticperfumes.com expense. Orienticperfumes.com therefore undertakes to reship the same item(s) to the customer or a refund, depending on the customer's choice.
Upon receipt, the products concerned will be exchanged to you within the limits of available stocks. If the same items are no longer in stock, a credit note will be sent to you by email in the form of a code or a refund, depending on the customer's choice.
You must imperatively contact us beforehand by telephone and/or email before any return of goods, in particular in order to indicate the return address of one of our various depots.
SALE PERIOD:
During the sales period, the sale items can be taken back or exchanged under the same conditions mentioned above.
